SBS Report Generator - SBS Report Generator allows a user to request a list of data for a specific jurisdiction using a variety of search criteria. Users will preview the number of records and the associated costs before they are prompted to pay the fee and download the report data. Some of the data included in the report includes: license number, license type, license status, CE compliance, full business and mailing address, email address and line of authority.

• Retrieve an old report by utilizing the PIN code included in the purchase receipt
• All reports are created in CSV file format
