The Oklahoma Insurance Department will begin using the new version of State Based Systems (SBS) effective August 14, 2017. This new software solution is a full re-write of the SBS industry toolset which includes our new Lookup, License Manager and SBS for Organizations functions. Lookup gives users access to key licensee, company and course information from a single user friendly interface. License Manager combines license information, license printing, education transcript printing and email address updates. SBS for Organizations offers industry single sign-on capability that supports key licensee administration and education provider functions across jurisdictions.
The transition to the new version of SBS will begin at 5:00 p.m. CT on Monday, August 14, 2017 and is expected to end no later than 7:00 a.m. CT on Thursday, August 17, 2017.
